A future where people do not distance themselves from one another, and where different languages, beliefs, and life stories not only coexist side by side but also enrich one another. Kompass für Integration e.V. was founded to walk in pursuit of this dream. Hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder, we want to build a shared future and touch hearts without being labeled as “the other” in different regions, and without turning those we engage with into “others.”

We believe that emerging from the darkness of lovelessness is possible through small yet effective sparks. We believe that even a small gesture can create great differences.

Our motto is integration; our course is towards a better future together.

We certainly do not see integration as a simple demand for adaptation. We view it as a vital component of a shared ground for understanding, coming together, producing together, and taking collective responsibility.

What Do We Aim For?

We strive to create spaces where people can express themselves, ideas can mature, and effort is valued.

Through initiatives ranging from education and culture to digital literacy and social support, we expand pathways for participation.

Alongside face-to-face programs, we consider online interactions a natural part of this effort. And through workshops, consultations, seminars, and gatherings, we reduce distances. In this way, Kompass für Integration e.V. continues to grow as a learning community that opens its doors to everyone.

How Do We Move Forward?

We begin with small projects focused on concrete needs and adopt an approach whose impact continues to grow.

A session that strengthens a student’s language skills, an awareness gained by a parent about digital safety, a workshop where a young person brings ideas to life… Each one is a meaningful step towards our shared future.

In our programs, we prioritize accessibility, continuity, and transparency, designing face-to-face and online formats to complement one another.

Living together means taking responsibility together. Social bonds are not built by coincidence; they require effort, patience, and goodwill. They require a language that brings listening, discussion, compromise, production, and selflessness together in the same sentence.
