As Kompass für Integration e.V., we work for a society in which the dignity, freedom, and security of every individual are respected.
Regardless of belief, origin, gender, or language, we support a culture of living in which everyone can exist with equal rights and responsibilities.
Our association does not see human rights as an abstract concept, but as a responsibility that must be recalled and upheld every day. Because dignity, rights, and a sense of justice become lasting only when they are protected together.
Informing and Raising Awareness
The first step toward social justice is knowledge. When people know their rights, they develop the awareness needed to protect themselves and to respect the rights of others.
For this reason, through seminars, online publications, and guidance activities, we aim to build rights-based awareness, especially among young people and individuals with a migration background.
Our association produces clear, accessible, and easy-to-understand content on topics such as fundamental rights, freedoms, freedom of expression, and combating discrimination.

Defending Human Rights, Strengthening Solidarity
Protecting human rights is not only the duty of legal professionals, but of every citizen. To spread this awareness, we carry out activities in various fields:
• Rights Monitoring and Reporting: We collect data and prepare reports in cases of discrimination, exclusion, or inequality.
• Dialogue and Cooperation: We organize joint initiatives with local authorities, civil society organizations, and academic circles.
• Advocacy Activities: We carry out activities that draw attention to human rights violations.
Through these efforts, we aim to increase individual awareness while also strengthening social solidarity. The protection of rights is a prerequisite for a society in which everyone can express themselves freely.
Democracy and Participation
The strength of a democratic society is measured by the capacity of its citizens to participate. Our association values the development of a participatory culture in which every individual can be involved in decision-making processes.
Young people, women, migrant communities, volunteers… We aim to create open spaces where everyone can generate ideas, engage in discussion, and contribute.
Where there is participation, trust emerges; where there is trust, the rule of law finds space to live. In this way, law becomes part of our lives as a fair form of relationship established among people.
